About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team at Matillion. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand generation marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies that align with business goals.
  • Design and Implement Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and content marketing channels.
  • Manage Campaign Assets: Oversee the creation of campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, ad copy, and other promotional content.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with creative teams, agencies, web development, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Measure and Optimize Campaign Performance: Report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B Testing: Conduct tests on messaging and creative to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements
  • B2B Marketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, data analytics tools, and ABM tools.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with a user-centric approach.
