We are seeking a skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Loch Associates Group, reporting to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement campaign and event marketing plans that support and deliver on the annual marketing plan with a focus on geographic targeting.
  • Create compelling and informative content for all online, offline, and paid marketing channels.
  • Deliver the quarterly client newsletter, working with internal stakeholders to develop topics and content. Produce engagement reports to track effectiveness.
  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the website, working with external digital agencies to ensure compliance and SEO and to ensure it consistently reflects the brand.
  • Work with fee earners and the Head of Marketing on identifying business prospects, coordinating and writing new business pitches to ensure the effective and consistent representation of the brand.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction across all marketing communications material. Act as the brand guardian, ensuring teams are adhering to guidelines and the consistent application of the brand is achieved.
  • Develop and manage social media schedules, providing monthly analytics to inform and refine marketing plans.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with the development of the annual marketing plan and identifying marketing channels to meet marketing and business strategy.
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day PR function to maximize engagement and increase reach.
  • Manage workflow activities, coordinating and keeping track of campaigns, events, and activity to ensure the timely delivery of content and activity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to multitask and respond to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies.
  • Good 0365 skills with an understanding of Mail Merge and using Excel formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and to develop ideas and projects without supervision, as well as being effective as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
