Beauty Counter Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Fenwick. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
