Beauty Counter Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estee Lauder. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
- Set and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with the wider Estee Lauder team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
