Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership to home managers, inspiring and guiding them to achieve excellence in care delivery and operational performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all care homes comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, implementing improvement plans where necessary.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and profitability of each care home.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance frameworks, conduct regular audits, and lead initiatives to enhance care standards and resident satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Promote professional development and training for all staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or care home sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in care homes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field are highly desirable.
