Apprentice Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

Johns&Co, a leading property management company, is seeking an ambitious individual to join their team as an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator. This exciting opportunity allows you to learn the estate agency industry while gaining a nationally recognized qualification.

About the Apprenticeship

As an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in property management. You will be supported by a specialist apprenticeship firm and a highly experienced tutor and assessor, who will guide you throughout your journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties.
  • Respond to enquiries from prospective applicants, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support Senior Negotiators with scheduling property viewings, collecting keys, and organizing documentation.
  • Develop strong communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
