Job Summary

We are seeking two highly skilled Property Administrators/Property Managers to join our team. As a Property Administrator/Property Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining open communication with landlords and tenants, organizing and conducting property inspections, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve property-related problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
  • Organize and conduct property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a property management or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
