About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property & Workplace Support Apprentice to join our dynamic team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a leading global law firm, while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

As a Property & Workplace Support Apprentice, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across various departments within the Property & Workplace group. You will have the chance to learn from experienced colleagues and mentors, developing a wide range of skills in areas such as:

  • Reprographics and Document Production
  • Records Management and Archives
  • Mail Services and Courier Deliveries
  • Front of House Operations
  • Legal Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Property & Workplace department.
  • Providing administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing files.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Supporting with reprographics tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen interest in learning new skills and developing a career in administration or legal support.
