About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Depaul UK. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with our clients to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Providing guidance and support to our team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services
  • Collaborating with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure our services are meeting the needs of our clients
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of our services
  • Ensuring that our services are delivered in a way that is respectful and responsive to the needs of our clients

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Fluent Romanian language skills
  • Experience working with homeless or vulnerable individuals
  • Knowledge of the challenges faced by Roma people
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
