About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled External Verifier to join our team at NICEIC, the UK's largest certification body for electrical businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all certification and external verification processes are conducted in accordance with our company and scheme requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary contact for third-party centres, ensuring all certification and external verification processes are conducted in accordance with our company and scheme requirements.
  • Strong technical knowledge and qualifications related to personnel schemes for gas, oil, and electrical installations, alongside a thorough understanding of the relevant legislation, standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make informed decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Someone who excels in customer service, able to recognise and respond to the needs of our customers while building credible relationships at all levels.
