Role Overview:
We are seeking a Residential Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing personalized support packages that cater to the unique needs of each young person accessing our services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and deliver individualized support plans that align with the needs of young individuals.
2. Employ a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to foster trust and rapport with our clients.
3. Assist young people in acquiring essential skills to build resilience, navigate challenges, and advocate for themselves.
4. Facilitate transitions to permanent housing and promote community integration while ensuring independence based on individual requirements.
