Key Responsibilities
  • External Verification: Conduct thorough and accurate external verification of certification processes to ensure compliance with our company and scheme requirements.
  • Certification Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding certification and take ownership of the certification process from start to finish.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and building credible relationships at all levels.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical knowledge and qualifications related to personnel schemes for gas, oil, and electrical installations, as well as a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems, make informed decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Hold relevant Assessor qualifications (D32/33/34 or equivalent) and specific competence qualifications as required by our schemes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical knowledge and qualifications related to personnel schemes for gas, oil, and electrical installations, as well as a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems, make informed decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
