Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Progress Sales Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role: As a Medical Sales Representative - Vascular Access Specialist, you will be responsible for selling medical solutions into the operating theatre and critical care sectors. You will work closely with our client, a leading Medical Device company, to develop and execute a territory growth plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the NHS and private hospitals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months of business-to-business field sales experience from a respected company.
  • FORMAL SALES TRAINING is essential.
  • A hunger to succeed and a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively.
