Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CN Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our client's market presence and driving sales for one of their renowned healthcare journals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell essential media solutions, including print, digital, and event sponsorships, to top medical device and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Develop creative promotional campaigns and sponsorship packages to add significant value to clients.
  • Represent the journal at both domestic and international conferences to enhance your professional network and industry expertise.
  • Manage and grow the existing client base, utilizing innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or media.
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment and is a confident communicator.
  • Passion for building strong client relationships and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary starting from £27,500 to £35,000, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission potential of £10,000 to £15,000 and additional company benefits. This hybrid role includes three days in the office and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth within a dynamic and expanding business.
