About Us:
Social Care 2 Recruit is a dedicated provider of specialized care services for children in the UK. We are currently seeking a skilled Team Supervisor to enhance our team within a residential service.

Role Overview:
As a Team Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Registered Manager with the daily operations of the service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing a shift effectively.
  • Providing both practical and emotional support to your team.
  • Empowering young individuals to reach their personal goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality support that fosters independence among young people.
  • Encourage learning and development through educational opportunities and life experiences.
  • Promote health and well-being while ensuring a joyful and fulfilling environment for the young individuals in our care.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Prior experience in supporting children and young people facing mental health challenges, including self-harming behaviors, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing shifts.
  • Ability to conduct supervisions and appraisals.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts as per the rota.
