International Business Development Lead

Inspire Brands is seeking a driven and experienced International Business Development Manager, EMEA to spearhead growth across our diverse portfolio of brands in the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets (including the Indian subcontinent). Reporting directly to the Senior Director, International Business Development, this critical role will be instrumental in expanding our global footprint and fostering strategic partnerships.

As a key member of our international development team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new business partners who align with Inspire Brands' vision. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to cultivate a robust pipeline of potential partners across the EMEA region. Leverage industry networks and communities to identify promising opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective partners, assessing their capabilities, business models, and alignment with Inspire Brands' objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive evaluations and informed decision-making.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements with selected partners, working closely with legal, finance, and regional market teams to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage existing partner relationships, fostering strong collaborations and driving incremental unit growth through strategic renewals.
  • Contribute to broader international development initiatives, sharing insights and collaborating with team members on strategic projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development, sales, franchise, or licensing within any sector. Experience in the food and beverage (F&B) or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry is highly advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
