Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Cytiva. As a key member of our marketing communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans to support key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to define and prioritize marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive business results and meet marketing objectives.
  • Build and manage content and messaging strategies to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with Cytiva's brand guidelines, writing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches, making data-driven decisions to optimize plans and deliver results.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading project teams and managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and detailed knowledge of marketing analytics.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, global teams across multiple levels.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
