Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You will work across all our service areas, including food delivery, cafes, bars, convenience shops, and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving Customers
    • Serve customers in our restaurants, cafes, and convenience shops
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Food Preparation and Cleaning
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages
    • Clean and maintain customer areas
  • Stock Management
    • Stock food and beverage areas
    • Ensure adequate stock levels
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
    • Support colleagues in their roles
