We are currently seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Out of Hours team, working remotely to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our global operations team, supporting our clients' travel needs and contributing to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high levels of customer service, handling enquiries and reservations, and arranging bookings to meet our clients' needs.
  • Conducting research to ensure our clients receive the best deals and options for their travel requirements.
  • Processing travel tickets and documentation, and offering advice on available options, including visa requirements, passport regulations, and vaccinations.
  • Handling refunds and cancellations, and providing support to new staff as they join the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in business travel, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Experience using Travelport and Sabre, with a high level of proficiency in these systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and attention to detail.
  • A BA1 or equivalent qualification.
