Job Summary:

Experience Travel Group is seeking a skilled Travel Expert to join our specialist Travel Team based in London. As a Travel Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-class service to clients, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ETG destinations in South and Southeast Asia
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries
  • Meet sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction scores
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals

Requirements:

  • Relevant travel industry sales experience, ideally with a history of selling holidays to Sri Lanka and/or India
  • Natural communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Customer-focused approach and passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range £30-£45k (+ up to £4.2k team bonus)
  • One two-week familiarisation trip per year
  • Annual personal flight allowance to one of our destinations
  • 23 days holiday each full calendar year, in addition to the usual statutory holidays
  • Pension Contribution of 3%
  • Regular team lunches and socials

Work Location and Hours:

This is an office-based hybrid role – minimum 3 days per week in our Clapham office, with 4 days encouraged. The hours are 9-6 Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday in eight with a weekday off in lieu.
