Your Role:
As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will play a crucial role in understanding your client's specific business inquiries and identifying the experts best suited to provide the necessary insights. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting new experts into our extensive network of over 1,250,000 Guidepoint Advisors, ensuring that the selected experts align with the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a sales-oriented capacity, pinpointing the most suitable experts to enhance our network for client consultations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to devise strategies that meet each client's project requests effectively.
  • Utilize various resources, including LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, to identify the ideal experts who can address strategic or investment-related questions for our clients.
  • Identify promising leads and extend invitations for them to join our network for client consultations.
  • Screen experts to assess their fit for specific client projects and develop professional profiles to present to clients.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Interview Process:
The interview process includes meeting with a Guidepoint Recruiter, an initial candidate screening, discussions with Guidepoint teams, an interview with the hiring manager, a mock assessment (role-dependent), and completing a simulated client request to gain further insights into the role.
