The Role:

As a Dutch Client Service Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team managing daily tasks at one of the world's preeminent private money managers. You will be encouraged to ask questions, improve processes, and propose innovative solutions. The company evaluates performance based on meritocracy and invests in employee development to facilitate progression and growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Investment Counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiries.
  • Assist in producing reports based on the current situation of prospective clients.
  • Report to the Client Service Team Leader, who will aid in on-the-job training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance, Economics, or Business is a plus).
  • Native or fluent Dutch and English skills.
  • Ability to connect with a wide array of audiences with a focus on client service.
  • Based in London.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £35k + £8k bonus.
  • 28 days annual leave, increasing to 30 after 5 years of service, with the ability to purchase up to 3 additional days.
  • 9% company pension contribution with an additional company match up to 5%.
