Job Title: Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Regional Sales Directors in UK Wholesale Sales by providing technical support to clients, helping to retain existing business and generate future sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via email or phone, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage regular updates to clients on core funds, including bespoke pieces and standardized monthly updates.
  • Host client meetings and provide support for internal training and knowledge transfer across the wider M&G Prudential group.
  • Manage follow-ups to events and presentations to gain feedback and potential business leads.
  • Produce MI for team and wider business use on account holdings and trade analysis.
  • Assist with curation and delivery of regional roadshows.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for Regional Sales Directors responding to short notice requests for fund information, commentary, and client information.
  • Work closely with Marketing to shape UK Wholesale campaign materials.
  • Manage a panel of clients, as agreed with Regional Sales Directors in line with regional business plan.
Requirements:
  • Asset Management experience and strong investment knowledge.
  • Industry qualification, such as IMC (Investment Management Certificate), is desirable.
  • Experience of sales and servicing of clients within the Asset Management industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with flexibility on broader skills such as Administration, Operations, Client Facing, and Telephone.
