About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at AlphaSights. As a Client Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage a network of experts to provide insights and advice to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials, including a degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills, with a strong understanding of business and commercial concepts

What We Offer

  • Total first-year compensation ranging from £47-56k, consisting of annual base salary and uncapped variable compensation
  • 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings
