About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Associate to join our team at Buckden Partners. As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is collected and processed in a timely manner.
- Lead complex conversion activities for institutional clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review workflows to ensure optimal client experience and regulatory compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide recommendations for client support and training, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and support.
- Track and maintain projects and documentation, acting as the client's project manager and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize client feedback to improve the onboarding process, ensuring continuous improvement and enhancement of our services.
Requirements
- Experience within sell-side/pre-trade environments, with a strong understanding of financial markets and funds.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous, but not required.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Working Arrangements
