Facilities Management Coordinator (3 Month Contract)

Location: Edgware

Salary: £33k (pro rata)

Overview:
Are you a recent graduate in property or facilities management eager to gain practical experience? Or perhaps you are an engineering or facilities administrator seeking a swift opportunity? This role as a Facilities Management Coordinator is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating both in-house and external engineering teams to ensure that NHS facilities across North London maintain compliance and effectively address any building-related issues as they arise. You will have the opportunity to visit these sites occasionally, providing a personal touch to our service delivery.

Work Environment:
This role is primarily based at Edgware Hospital, with some flexibility for remote work. The working hours are Monday to Friday, either from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.

Contract Details:
This 3-month contract is in place to cover for a team member on long-term sick leave. If you are looking to gain valuable experience in facilities management or property, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career.
