Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development Support: Manage the annual group people development program, including venue bookings, system updates, and attendance record maintenance.
- Administrative Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as issuing contracts to external trainers, processing applications for external courses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordination: Assist with training activities, record keeping, invoice processing, and event setup for training sessions.
- Reporting: Gather and analyze data to create management reports and support budget reconciliation processes.
Requirements
- Education: Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR/Learning & Development, working with numerical data, and proficiency in IT packages including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with the iTrent system is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a methodical approach to meeting deadlines.
