- 1+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably in a school environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as My New Term is a plus
- Strong data entry skills
