Residential Property Coordinator
Company: Bond Recruitment
Bond Recruitment, a leading agency in the property sector, is currently in search of a skilled Residential Property Coordinator to manage the daily functions of our residential property portfolio.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Lettings Manager and a Junior Property Coordinator, taking charge of a portfolio consisting of approximately 120 residential units, ensuring efficient management of property-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing rent collection, fee management, and processing of contractor/client payments
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Conducting regular property inspections on a quarterly basis
- Handling lettings administration, including tenant referencing, invoicing, and drafting tenancy agreements
- Performing various administrative duties as required
Essential Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comprehensive understanding of property legislation
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours and on weekends when necessary
- Familiarity with property management software is advantageous
- Possession of a full UK driving license is preferred
Working Hours: 08:40 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
