Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Timely preparation of all reconciliations in line with the RICS code
- Completion of year-end service charge accounts within set deadlines
- Assisting with annual audits
- Managing service charge arrears collection
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Engaging in ad hoc projects within the finance team
Candidate Profile
The ideal Service Charge Financial Specialist will possess:
- AAT qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in cash reconciliation
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.45 am - 6 pm (not a zero-hour contract)
• Self-employed pay structure (details to be discussed during the interview)
• Annual pay reviews
• Holiday entitlement of 28 days including public holidays
