We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mortgage Administrator at Jems Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our mortgage team with administrative tasks, processing applications, and liaising with various parties to ensure cases are completed on time.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing mortgage applications from initial inquiry to completion
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and updating clients on the status of their applications
  • Researching and sourcing mortgage products for our advisors
  • Chasing outstanding information and documentation from clients
  • Responding to lender queries and updating them accordingly
  • Utilizing various systems to submit and progress applications
  • Supporting the office with administrative and customer service tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience working in the mortgage, property, or legal industries
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in systems and software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
