Job Summary:
A reputable property company is seeking an experienced professional to manage an established property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that leaseholder needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Section 20 Notices
- Prepare and manage budgets for the portfolio
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to leaseholders, clients, and contractors
- Attend AGMs and other meetings as required
Requirements:
- Significant experience in block property management
- Administration of Section 20 Notices
- ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and leaseholders
