Job Title: Block Property Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Block Property Manager to join our team at Bond Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management and a drive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the properties.
  • Oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and service charge collection.
  • Liaise with residents, leaseholders, and external contractors to address issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary works to uphold property standards.
  • Handle financial aspects such as budgeting, financial reporting, and managing expenditure for the managed blocks.
  • Ensure compliance with leasehold agreements, health and safety regulations, and relevant property management legislation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in block management or property management, with a strong understanding of leasehold principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, leaseholders, and contractors effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
