About the Role:

Worth Recruiting is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing an established property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
  • Administer Section 20 Notices and manage budgets
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Build relationships with clients, leaseholders, and contractors
  • Prepare and present financial reports and management accounts
  • Attend AGMs and meetings with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in block property management
  • Administration of Section 20 Notices
  • ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification desirable
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and considered under pressure
  • Superb organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident team player
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused
  • Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
