**Position Overview**:
THIS IS A DUAL ROLE. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents who has a keen interest in social media and social media production.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

3. Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is provided in advance. Including conduct research and compile reports on various topics as requested

4. Act as a liaison between CEO and internal staff, clients, and external partners, maintaining professional communication at all times.

5. Assist with the coordination of company events, conferences, and special projects, ensuring all logístical details are managed effectively.

6. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

7. Producing and scheduling all social media content across various platforms

8. Produce and design all marketing material including leaflets, brochures and all branded material.

9. Managing and updating the company website and other marketing systems

10. Work with members of different departments to produce monthly blogs and updates.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as an personal assistant or similar role.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanour.

5. High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.

7. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.

9. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.

10. Knowledge of being able to post and schedule on all social media platforms

11. Knowledge of Canva and Powerpoint
