About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the management of the reception area, managing incoming telephone calls, and preparing various documentation including correspondence and reports.

You will also have the opportunity to support the maintenance of our website and social media posts, as well as coordinating meetings and maintaining an adequate supply of stationery and office equipment.
