**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Edgware. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with learning disabilities and other complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the individual to live safely in the community
  • Develop effective ways to communicate needs and empathy for others
  • Understand relationships and learn about the individual's health needs
  • Increase independent living skills, including meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Provide support with all aspects of personal care

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £13.20 per hour
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 hours a week
  • Shift patterns include varied shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights
  • Rotas provided at least 4 weeks in advance
  • A supportive work environment with opportunities for career progression
