**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage Mr. Wayne's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

3. Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is provided in advance.

4. Act as a liaison between Mr. Wayne and internal staff, clients, and external partners, maintaining professional communication at all times.

5. Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as requested by Mr. Wayne, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.

6. Assist with the coordination of company events, conferences, and special projects, ensuring all logístical details are managed effectively.

7. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

8. Anticipate Mr. Wayne's needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in his day-to-day operations.

9. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and provide support as needed to ensure the overall success of the organization.

10. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by Mr. Wayne.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

5. High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.

7. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.

9. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
