Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work with insurance brokers or direct customers across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Underwriting policies
  • Educating customers on insurance products and services
  • Supporting e-adoption strategies
  • Contributing to a team culture of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Highlighting quality issues and ensuring consistent service standards

We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary tools for success.
