We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer relations to join our team in the vibrant Premium Customer Contact Centre as a Customer Care Specialist.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role within our Aftersales Team, collaborating with prestigious brands such as Audi, BMW/Mini, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Volvo. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a steady flow of workshop traffic and fostering a loyal clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on appropriate aftercare products and services to enhance their satisfaction
  • Effectively manage appointments using our scheduling system to optimize daily workshop operations
  • Build lasting relationships with Premium Brand customers through exceptional service and professionalism
  • Strictly follow manufacturer guidelines and Brand protocols

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, whether in-person or via phone, and should exhibit strong organizational abilities, ambition, and a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills, a friendly phone presence, and proficient computer skills are essential for this position.

While previous experience in the automotive field is advantageous, it is not a requirement, as thorough training will be provided during the onboarding process and ongoing development phases, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive industry.
