Excellent Basic Package + Uncapped OTE to £100k

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at First Call Contract Services. This is an exciting opportunity to develop our operations and contribute to our company's growth.

This role would suit a sales professional with a background in recruitment or a related industry, looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our services to local and regional businesses, building lasting relationships with clients, and managing a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our recruitment services to businesses through face-to-face meetings, email, and other communication channels
  • Arrange and attend business-to-business sales meetings to present recruitment solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and companies to drive sales growth
  • Manage a daily, weekly, and monthly sales pipeline and diary to ensure effective sales management
  • Attend regular service meetings with current clients to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related industry, with a strong background in new business development and account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales targets
