Disability and Autism Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Manager to lead our Disability and Autism Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Manage attendance, annual leave, and absences, planning rotas to meet service standards.
- Assess and support your team to deliver high-quality care every day.
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader/Senior Support Worker in a social care setting.
- Knowledge and commitment to Equal Opportunities.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Confident IT user.
- 6 weeks annual leave, flexible working hours, and pension.
