Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits)
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
- Service Development: Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the service meet the required standards and regulations.
- Staff Management: Manage staff rotas, time sheets, and performance management.
- Client Support: Provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities, including completing tasks and activities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the service operates in a safe and healthy environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the care and support sector.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
