We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Home not Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide 360-degree support to an individual with autism and a learning disability, helping them to live independently in the Lincoln area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to the individual during challenging periods
  • Develop a deep understanding of the individual's needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the individual to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Support the individual in developing daily living skills and independence
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge
