We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Manager to lead our Disability and Autism Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Manage attendance, annual leave, and absences, planning rotas to meet service standards.
  • Assess and support your team to deliver high-quality care every day.
Requirements:
  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader/Senior Support Worker in a social care setting.
