Clinical Lead for Young People's Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support to the clinical team in developing their roles and the provision of care within the community setting.
Main Duties- Assess and manage the mental health needs of young people, recognising mental illness and identifying related needs and circumstances.
- Plan, implement, and review interventions and treatment pathways to meet people's identified needs and manage inherent risk.
- Assess carers' and families' needs and develop, implement, and review programmes of support.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and community teams to ensure effective clinical decision-making.
