About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
  • Service Development: Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the service meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff rotas, time sheets, and performance management.
  • Client Support: Provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities, including completing tasks and activities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the service operates in a safe and healthy environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the care and support sector.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
