Key Responsibilities- Lead the team in the provision of high-quality multi-disciplinary care, using clinical and operational expertise.
- Share our Trust values and be committed to providing care that is focused on recovery.
- Have substantial post-registration experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Have a sound understanding of the principles, ethos, assessments, and interventions associated with a forensic service.
- Have experience of providing effective clinical and managerial supervision and leadership to others.
