Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at TRADEBE UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial customers in key target markets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver sales targets for a defined scope of industrial customers in key target markets.
- Develop and implement environmental hazardous waste solutions that meet and exceed customers' business and environmental needs.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues, leading opinions on circularity and emerging technologies.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy in key target markets through personal activity and leveraging the wider team.
- Influence key target markets to create incremental sales opportunities across TRADEBE's infrastructure.
- Develop and drive account management plans to develop and grow accounts delivering committed volume to TRADEBE's treatment infrastructure.
- Identify industrial producers in key target markets, nurture relationships to build a qualified pipeline to support sales growth.
- Proven track record of delivering targets within an account management role.
- Environmental industry expertise, with a specialist knowledge of hazardous waste markets and solutions.
- Results-oriented with a passion for delivery, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Competent working with CRM systems.
