Job Summary:
As a Tradebe UK Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts within your region, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience alongside profitable sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster partnerships with key industrial producers in manufacturing markets, creating a detailed understanding of the customer's needs and preferences.
- Coordinate Tradebe resource and infrastructure to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, both tactically and strategically.
- Lead portfolio accounts in delivering environmental improvements through a solution-based approach, utilizing Tradebe's extensive treatment infrastructure, technologies, and services to create sustainable hazardous waste solutions for customers.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the hazardous waste market, with demonstrable evidence of account growth within manufacturing industries, including petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, and metals sectors.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Tradebe UK and influence the development of propositions and solutions.
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of the hazardous waste market and experience in account growth within manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate resources and infrastructure to meet customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence business direction and development.
